Writing this review as fast as I can because what happened to my order last night and the way that it was handled was absolutely crazy. I went on their website at 930pm and ordered a large pizza, bread and 2 liter. Honestly $30 with delivery included is an AWESOME price these days. I wrote in the instructions please call me when here and leave pizza at the door. An hour a later I get a call, Hi this is Alex, I am with Jets pizza just letting you know I dropped your order off! I send my husband upstairs to get the pizza, there's no pizza. So I call Alex back and we figured out her mixed up the address numbers in his GPS, I was 5726 and he dropped it at 5762. He apologized and told me to call the store and we will remake the pizza. I called the store and they remade the pizza, not only did they remake the pizza, they redelivered the pizza too! Mind you the store closes at 11pm on Saturday nights, it was already 1030 when the first delivery took place. About 30 minutes later. I get a call from Alex who profusely apologized, the way this young man took accountability and responsibility and treated me with the up most respect, he deserves alot in life. His parents did an amazing job. Why I am going out my way to wetie this review is because of this customer service. I was shocked, you don't see employees like this anywhere anymore. Not only the service, he then told me my order has been comped. I got a text saying I was refunded. I am honestly shocked at this point. For this being a local pizza chain, I will be a customer for life to this location. I will drop by soon to personally thank Alex. Thank you, thank you. Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5

It is always time for pizza! When I really am craving pizza that is truly satisfying, filling, delicious, and the way pizza should be, I order Jet's Pizza. - Deep dish pizza topped with double mushroom: For starters, mushroom is my favorite topping on pizza. I was extremely satisfied with how the topping was distributed to have mushroom in every bite! - Deep dish pizza topped with grilled chicken and jalapeño pepper: This topping combination is another staple I have. The jalapeño peppers give the pizza the perfect amount of spicy kick I desire on pizza. I love spicy food and can handle the heat; however, pizza is one of those foods that cannot be too spicy. Jalapeño peppers are the way to go to reach that happy level of spice. The commercial jingle usually ends with "Let's get Jet's". Well, they do not have to tell me twice. Thank you for the best deep dish crunch!
