0 stars. I had one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had yesterday. I was given bow tie pasta that was clearly expired—the container literally said it expired the day before (04/21/26). There’s no excuse for a chain restaurant to be serving expired food. It didn’t stop there. The bread was oddly crunchy (not in a fresh way, just stale), and the lemonade tasted completely watered down. For a $25 meal, everything ended up going straight in the trash. I wasn’t able to return since I was just visiting town and had an appointment to get to, but this was beyond disappointing. I’ve never had such a poor experience here, and I definitely won’t be coming back. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I placed an order right after a power outage and called 30 minutes afterward just to check. They informed me they had to run to other stores to grab bread and theirs was still an hour out. They offered to double our chips for the long wait, AND I secretly think they doubled the bacon on my sandwich. They also delivered my food in a fancy box and made me SUPER happy. Thank you Jimmy John's for GREAT service.
