We had mold on our sandwiches. We called to ask for new sandwiches and received this note in the bag. Such poor customer service. THEN after leaving a formal complaint on the website the OWNER called me argued with me. Told me I was wrong and asked us to please eat elsewhere. No problem buddy NO PROBLEM. Unbelievable customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

the only thing positive i have to say about this place, is they have fast service. My co-workers and I ordered lunch from them. and we got the new pesto caprese wrap. and let me just say it was nothin less than disappointing. they charged me and extra $2.50 to sub the salami for turkey and only gave me one slice of turkey. it was so much balsamic dressing one all of our wraps that u couldnt taste any other flavors. it was literally pouring from the wrap. between the four of us we spent over $50 not including the tips we gave for food that wasnt even edible. now we see was the service is so fast its like they just threw our food together and drowned it in dressing. we will not be ordering from them again. and our food did not look like the picture advertised our money would of been better spent at carabbas for the soup and salad thanks for a horrible lunch Food: 1 Service: 5

I grew up where the original Jimmy John's first opened so not only is JJ's nostalgic, it also comes with sometimes unreasonably high expectations. This Jimmy John's had very friendly employees- everyone was in a good mood and busy, I had fresh bread on a well-made sandwich (Italian Nightclub), and the place was SO clean! We were going to get our sandwiches to go, but decided to stay and eat our food at the clean table while chatting, relaxing, and listening to the staff enjoy their job and each other. It was a nice experience. Parking: Limited parking due to the small place... Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Italian Sub, Jalapeño Chips, Salt & Vinegar Chips Parking options: Free parking lot
