Great food but slow delivery. "ASAP" option took an hour and a half, and two phone calls to follow up on the status. Will not be ordering delivery anymore. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Choosing the "ASAP" option should provide convenience, and having to wait an hour and a half while making multiple calls for updates is not the experience we want for our guests, Nicole. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will use your feedback as an opportunity to improve communication and delivery timing moving forward.

Sandwiches are always fresh and tasty. The Beach Club is my favorite. The gyros aren't to bad either. This is my go to spot for lunch when I don't want to eat grease before going back to work. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I stopped here for lunch the other afternoon. I had not been to Jimmy John's for a very long time because I did not live close to one. In the past I used to eat at Jimmy John's quite often. I would always get the gargantuan on the regular bread not on the French bread. This time I got the gargantuan on the French bread. When I get it on the regular bread it seems to be a larger sandwich. I always get extra oil and extra Mayo, extra tomatoes and on the French bread it was a lot soggier than on the regular bread. The sandwich was still good and it took me three meals to eat the whole thing. The two people that were working were very friendly and greeted me when I walked into the restaurant. I was taking a order for somebody who had never been to Jimmy John's and they were very patient waiting for me as I was trying to figure out what my wife wanted to eat. The restaurant itself, especially behind the counter, was very clean and organized. There was nobody in the restaurant at the time I stopped by. They did make the sandwich very quickly and they did cut mine in half. Their prices were a little bit less than Subway which was a relief. If I am in the area again I will definitely make sure that I stop by here and grab a delicious sandwich. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
