jin restaurant was our 3rd choice restaurant after the first 2 we went to was fully booked . it was ran by 2 elderly folks and the menu was handwritten in japanese . we just went with our gut feel and ordered what the owner recommended . it was a delightful experience . self done teppanyaki style . the owner was very hospitable and we like the food cooked . enjoyed the experience. 座落在富士市區內的隱蔽巷弄間，已經經營了二十年，實在是太棒的一家餐廳了！店主是一位七十多歲的老紳士與一位美麗女士，把整家店經營的非常溫馨。每道鐵板料理都由老先生親自操作，在眼前烹飪，仔細的態度與認真的神情，非常有日本的職人精神！ 特別推薦店內的富士宮燒，是很特別的麵條料理！鐵板豆腐與蔬菜也是非常美味，看得出料理的細緻度與對火候的專業掌控度；酒蒸蛤蜊更是鮮甜美味到極致，大概是我到目前吃過最棒的酒蒸蛤蜊！ I can’t saying more. It’s such a good Teppanyaki restaurant in Fuji city. And to be honest , I personally want to keep it as my secret list and not sharing to anyone. The restaurant is running by an 70s old gentleman & a lovely lady. You can tell the details how they in charge of this warm & lovely restaurant. Everything is very clean and tidy, and the most important, the food is amazing. The Sake-steamed clams , teppanyaki tofu and vegetables are must try. The Sake-steamed clams is the most delicious one I ever had in my past years. Okonomiyaki & fried noodles are also so tasty. You can taste the old gentleman ‘s ability to control the fire and the heat. How professional he is. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000
