I've been going to Joe & the Juice on the Schifflände regularly for two years, but unfortunately the service and quality have deteriorated significantly. Given the prices you should really expect more. The employees often prepare the juices, sandwiches, etc. differently - sometimes you're lucky, sometimes you're unlucky. But with a juice for 15 francs, in my opinion there shouldn't be anything like that. The service in particular leaves a lot to be desired for some employees (not all!). There is almost never a friendly smile or a nice greeting, and when you see the employees you often feel like you want to walk out again. Recently I ordered a Spicytuna sandwich without tomatoes but with avocado. After waiting ten minutes - which can happen - I received a sandwich that was not prepared as requested. Mistakes can happen, but the employee's reaction was disappointing. Instead of taking the sandwich back after the long wait and making me a new one, they claimed that I hadn't ordered it that way and now I had to take it that way. The acai bowl is also unfortunately disappointing - for the price you only get a small spoonful of granola, as if the ingredients were skimped on. For the price it should be different! The price-performance ratio is simply no longer right, it's a real shame! Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
