As a tourist, I would say that if you want to try an American-style hamburger, this could be a good option. I have to admit that their hamburgers were tasty, but the portion size was average. Don't expect them to be huge. Their milkshakes were awesome and I can recommend them. You do have to wait for your order, and the service isn't the best. I would still recommend trying it once. Price per person: $20–30

I enjoyed the food. My server was really polite! But above everything, I loved the style and decoration of the entire restaurant! The retro style is definitely unique and unforgettable. I'll certainly be back for more! Atmosphere: 5

Johnny Rockets is my favorite restaurant in the world. I've been lucky to visit most of the locations across the USA, and I've always had a great experience, but this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. We walked into the seating area outside, not sure if there was a hostess, or if we could just sit wherever we wanted. We stood around for about 30 seconds just waiting, and then went inside since we figured you must have to go inside first to be seated. We walked inside and there were no workers around the entrance. There were 2 girls standing back near the kitchen entrance, that looked directly at us, and just kept talking to kitchen staff. After standing there for about 60 seconds we walked in further near the bar seating area, thinking maybe we needed to order directly there. Again, no acknowledgement that we even existed. I tried to get a staffs attention, and they 100% ignored us. I don't understand why we weren't even acknowledged or served, but it was a very strange experience. After standing around for about 5 minutes, we left and ate somewhere else. If the manager is reading this, you have some serious customer service training to do with your staff, respectfully.
