I was excited to try this spot even as a Nigerian myself. I ordered the seafood okra($30), gizzardo and jollof. Jollof was tasty. The seafood okra was NOT good, the taste was off and the oil is def old. The soup tasted old and sour. It came with 2 fish tail and 2 shrimp. I was highly disappointed and it was def not edible. The Gizardo was ok, plantain was mushy, but edible. Food: 1 Service: 3

I had a horrible experience at this restaurant and would not recommend it. The food was overpriced, and to make matters worse, I was charged extra for substitutions. The okra stew was poorly prepared, the okra was hard and clearly not cooked properly. The snail was extremely dry, hard, and difficult to chew. The garry seemed rushed and looked like water had simply been poured over it without proper preparation. Beyond the food, the hygiene and professionalism of the staff were concerning. I observed employees wearing the same gloves used for food handling while going outside and then returning inside without changing them. I also witnessed a staff member come from the back, reach directly into the buffet tray with her bare hand, grab a fried shrimp, and eat it in front of customers. No utensil or serving tool was used. She continued standing around dancing afterward, which added to the overall unprofessional atmosphere. The entire environment felt unsanitary and poorly managed. Between the food quality, hygiene concerns, and staff behavior, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I will not be returning. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Perfection. Everything about this place is intentional. I dinned in with four other people. They were all very impressed with the scenery, the food quality, the porton size, the price, and the customer service. For me, the fact that they give customers mint after their meals is the kind of attention to detail that you won't find any where else. Don't think twice about it. I definitely recommend dining at Jolloff Etcetera. Come hungry, leave happy. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
