Very beautiful place, comfortable sun beds, sandy beach. Rocky sea entering for 1m, after that the bottom of the sea gets soft sandy. Small water for a considerable distance. Service: 5

I recently had the pleasure of visiting KAI beach in Rethymno, and it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere at this beachside bar was lively and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a couple of refreshing cocktails. Speaking of cocktails, the two I ordered were absolutely fantastic! The combination of white rum, pineapple juice, and the unique addition of spicy coffee beans and foam created a flavor profile that was both intriguing and satisfying. The mixologist at KAI beach truly knows how to create memorable and innovative drinks. To complement our beverages, we decided to try the seaweed salad. It was a refreshing option, with a burst of flavors that left us feeling revitalized. The salad was well-balanced and the perfect choice for a light and healthy appetizer. The bread with potato was another standout dish. It was evident that great care had been taken in its preparation. The bread was perfectly crispy on the outside, while the potato filling was flavorful and comforting. It was a simple yet remarkable dish that left a lasting impression. Although the beef tartar was tasty and well-seasoned, it unfortunately caused some stomach/gastric issues for me later on. This was a personal experience, and I'm sure it may not be the case for everyone. However, it's worth mentioning to you, as it affected my overall dining experience. However, I do want to highlight the impeccable customer service at KAI beach. The staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring that our drinks were never empty and that we were comfortable throughout our visit. Price per person: €30–35 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
