Quality matches what almost all of the reviews shares, taste is very good. Scallop Temptation Roll - well put together has depth of umami Salmon Lemon Roll - Very tasty surprised how the lemon complements the salmon giving it a sweet note. Miso soup - Solid and balanced, Not overly salty Korean Coffee - light sweet coffee was uplifting and good Cost reasonable / understandable for its location. would come back again want to try to udon others has mentioned Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Rarely do I give all 5s.. The staff was amazing, the place was adorable. The food was not only delicious but works of Art as well. Highly recommend.

I recently visited KAS Sushi for takeout and had a pretty solid experience. The restaurant was quiet when I arrived, and although my order took longer than expected, they were kind enough to throw in some free gyoza, which was a nice touch and actually quite tasty! The cucumber salad was a bit of a letdown - it lacked much flavor, but the rolls made up for it. I ordered an avocado roll and two specialty rolls: the Seattle roll and the Salmon Lemon roll. The rolls were large and the quality was definitely there. The standout was the Salmon Lemon roll - refreshing, light, and full of flavor. You could tell the fish was fresh, which was great! Overall, it met my expectations for good sushi - simple, fresh, and tasty. It’s not overly creative or exceptional, but it’s solid sushi. I’d definitely return for both dine-in or takeout on my next visit to town Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Miso Soup
