Subject : Complaint Regarding Service Standards at KFC Morpeth Road Dear KFC Support Team, I am writing to express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the service standards at KFC Morpeth Road. As a delivery driver working with Just Eat and Uber Eats, I regularly collect orders from this branch and deliver throughout Morpeth and Ashington. Unfortunately, over the past two weeks, there has been a significant decline in service quality, with frequent delays, poor time management, and a noticeable lack of organisation. Orders are often not ready on time, resulting in delivery drivers waiting for extended periods, sometimes over 30 minutes. This not only affects drivers but also creates a poor experience for customers who are left waiting longer than expected for their food. The situation is particularly frustrating when drivers are handling multiple deliveries. Delays at KFC can cause food collected from other restaurants to become cold before it reaches customers, leading to complaints and dissatisfaction that could have been avoided with better operational management. It appears that there is a lack of staff coordination and effective supervision during both peak and off-peak hours. What is especially concerning is that service levels are now equally poor during mornings and evenings, whereas previously delays were mainly limited to busy periods. In addition, I have received comments from customers suggesting that the quality of the food is no longer as consistent as it once was. I believe this situation requires urgent attention. The current level of service is disappointing for customers, delivery partners, and ultimately the reputation of the KFC brand. Are takeaway customers entitled to the same product? I would simply ask why you don’t have an option that can be fulfilled. I ordered a Colonel’s 3 piece meal. Delivery time was great. Thank you. You should insist that your staff understand this. A thigh maybe and a breast! I received 3 drumsticks. As nice as they were , please KFC help?

Food disgusting. Won’t answer phone. Avoid this chicken dry got 1 out 4 pieces when I pass will confront manager
