Something in this location is mismanaged by the higher level not location. There is almost always a wait for chicken. I don’t know if they can only cook so much at a time or what, but you shouldn’t always have 3-4 orders waiting inside and out at a drive through. This location seems to get good business. They should probably put in another frier. Other than that the employees seem to be always working. They have always been professional. Something here just doesn’t click. I’ve had to wait for mobile orders and in restaurant way too many times to count. Maybe they need another frier to have another batch going. I don’t really don’t know. I do enjoy the Mountain Dew lightning drink and using the app. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Seriously they have 1 job is to box up chicken and give people sauce with their chicken tenders!! Like if u hate ur job leave and quit don't be rude to your customers and act stupid and not give people there stuff they pay for but then tell me they can't make my food right cause I don't order it online! That just stupid and then for them to post a whole sign saying no refunds for nothing well maybe comprehend and order and give people there sauce for tenders!! I never knew people can be so slow beside this kfc like they run out of chicken at dinner time, don't move with a sense of urgency, and then can't give me sauce I HAVE TO PAY FOR!! SO GIVE ME MY REFUND AND IF YOUR EMPLOYEE OR MANAGERS DONT STEAL THEN I GUESS YOU CAN DO REFUNDS! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
