So I had a taste of some chicken this morning on my way back to work! As I approach the KFC, I noticed the grass was super high and didn’t appear that the store was open for business so I kept driving and went to Popeyes instead! Appearance is everything! Please keep it neat and cut the grass!!

This was the first and last time I ordered from them. I went to pick up my order, but instead of two buckets of chicken wings, they put them all in one—and they were spicy instead of regular. But worst of all, they weren’t fresh and were only good for the trash, since they’d been made a couple of days ago! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering... This is a disgrace, the worst experience, and about $40 down the drain. Don’t buy from here; this place should just close down, because you don’t respect your customers and don’t meet even the most basic standards. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The food is always gonna be a hit or a miss when it comes to KFC but when I tell you the customer service is more than unacceptable there it really is ridiculous. They slam the drive thru window in your face when u still trying to order. They talk to you with a lack of respect and are demanding in their tone even when you’re just trying to say hello. I can’t speak for the day time workers but them workers at night are just MISERABLEEEEE. Don't even get me started on how they messed up my order and had me wait for cold wings. At this point what makes it worse is the fact that I’m reading these 450 reviews and ALL these people are having the same experience and no one higher up/owner is putting this store in check, I work in fast food and I can honestly say that’s it’s just pathetic at this point. Like EVERYONE else says if I could rate this store a 0 I would. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
