I went through the drive through tonight to the KFC in Belleview. The cashier was very polite! The food was absolutely AWFUL! I purchased the $9 snack box.The fries were ine second away from being potato chips because they were si cold, the nuggets were 2 degrees from being cold and so was the sandwiches! I called and spoke with the manager and told her I knew she was aware that the food should have been pulled from the line and placed in the garbage because it wasn't warm at all! She replied, " I know that there's a two hour window???" So, you're telling me that the meal I received was at 1hour and 55 minutes when I received it??? Extremely rude and unprofessional!! I honestly see why they need workers and why their parking lot stays empty!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3

I had a great experience at KFC! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, but what really stood out was the outstanding customer service provided by Savana. She was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Savana took the time to ensure my order was correct and made the entire experience enjoyable with her positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. It is clear that she genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in her work. Thank you, Savana, and the entire KFC team for providing such a pleasant experience. I look forward to coming back!
