Always have the worst experience with this KFC and I keep going back thinking maybe they just had a bad day or a bad group the evening. Im new to the town of Bluffton and two different times going there to get family meals to take home for dinner and they literally tell me they are out of chicken? Today went through the drive through and ordered for me, girlfriend and two kids. Get home to find out they forgot the kids meals. That should of been given before any "adult meal??? Will never go back Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered from my car, they asked me to park and said they would bring my order to my car. They brought orders to others who were waiting, even those who arrived after me. I showed them my ticket and they said, "Excuse me, we'll be right back." After a 15-minute wait, being the only one there, I went inside the restaurant. There was no one to attend because everyone was on a break as if there were no pending orders, they just said they was working on my order and I waited even longer. Clearly, they were just about to prepare my order. Finally, what they gave me didn't taste fresh, but old and reheated. I think they need a manager. Maybe I'll go back, just to find out if it was just an isolated bad experience or if they really always provide this bad service. I will say the food was hot but definitely made in oil that needed filtered. My fiancee ordered a 3 piece and was told it would be an 8 minute wait and then he was forgotten about for 20 mins. I stopped eating my food because the flies were landing in my face and on my food. This place has gone downhill drastically. Sad to see it in this shape.
