We went through the drive through. Menu sign was dirty and hard to read due to sun in our eyes, window employee was rude. She didn't even say thank you for choosing KFC. Instead just handed us the order and acted like we had interrupted her time with friends. Very disappointed and will choose a different place next time we are going through there. Price per person: $10–20

The one order I have placed and received was good and we got everything but I placed the order online an hour before the scheduled pick up time I set in the app, when my husband arrived they had pushed it to the side and forgot to even make it and he waited another hour and a half, the employees were very rude to him while he was trying to figure out where the food we ordered was and when we could get it and it was practically thrown on the counter when it was finally ready, there was no one else in the restaurant or the drive through no doordash drivers came in during the wait. When we drive for doordash we regularly wait 20 or more minutes in the lobby for them just to greet us so we can give them information for the order we are supposed to pick up.
