We had ordered a 16 piece meal and a large drink from this location. Only got 9 pieces of chicken, Dr Pepper tasted like syrup, no ice, floors were sticky, and the workers were so rude. Would absolutely NOT recommend Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Our bucket of chicken was so dark and tasted burnt. My youngest son loves chicken and he couldnt even finish his piece. The restaurant feels dirty. There is noa a/c so it was very stank and muggy In there. I went to use the restroom and pushed the door open with my elbow and the door was soo sticky. So sickening.

I tried to go through the drive thru. I wanted an 8pc meal. They were completely out of white meat. I ordered a 12pc strip meal. They were completely out of baked beans. I ordered mashed potatoes n gravy x3 for the sides. At the window I saw them put a tray of fresh chicken in the warming box. I flagged down a worker and changed my order to 12pc chicken meal instead of a strip meal. $41! ...I was told to pull up and they would bring me out my meal. 20 minutes later, I went in to ask where my food was. The warming box was full... I could see it... and there were 3 employees griping about how someone didnt show up. They did not even realize a customer was at the counter. I asked for a refund. They asked for a reason... if they're too dumb to know the reason, you need to fire them all. I went to DQ. I spent $21 on 1 meal and a blizzard. I would have preferred kfc but this experience has me disappointed.... I worked at kfc 25 yrs ago. You dont run out of chicken. And you dont make a customer wait 20 minutes!!!
