This branch is MORTIFYINGLY DISAPPOINTING for two reasons. 1) You have to double check your order every single time when you drive thru because they ALWAYS (in my experience) forget an item I ordered. 2) The same experience is carried onto delivery (grab & foodpanda). Every time we order, they also forget including 1-2 items in the delivery (including the iced tea sweeteners one time). In conclusion, this branch rushes orders (despite being practically empty most of the time which is funny) and does not ensure their customers get their money’s worth. Do something about this, branch management. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I’ve eaten at this KFC branch a few times before, but my recent experience at the drive-thru was very disappointing. For takeout, I was told they only had leg parts available. No breast, no wings, no other option. Honestly, it is hard to believe that a chicken restaurant like KFC has no other chicken parts to offer, especially when customers are paying the same price and expecting a fair selection. I ended up canceling my order because it felt like a complete waste of time. I went through the drive-thru to buy KFC, not to be forced into accepting only whatever part was available or convenient to serve. Another disappointing change is the gravy. Before, this branch had self-service gravy, which was one of the things customers appreciated about dining at KFC. Now, you have to ask for extra gravy, and even then, the quantity given is very small. For a brand known for chicken and gravy, that feels disappointing and unnecessarily stingy. I understand that stocks and policies can change, but customers deserve transparency, fair options, and better service. This branch needs to improve how they handle takeout, drive-thru orders, and customer experience. Respectfully, this visit made me feel like customer satisfaction is no longer a priority here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
