I come here often. Occasionally we might forget to ask no mayo and no lettuce on our chicken sandwich order. The employees are never rude or mad if I ask them a second or two after stepping away from the register. Today I had my boyfriend go in an order for us while I was on the phone with the bank and went inside and asked if they would mind fixing it for us. Usually if it’s too late they will let us know and it’s never an issue. Today Abigail felt the need to stop us before leaving to let me know next time they won’t be able to help us if the order had gone through and we stepped away from the register as she said in this I’m above you tone trying to put me in my place. I felt very offended as I never cause any issues and if she had said it was too late I would have been okay with it. It’s just a chicken sandwich. I just don’t understand what warranted to the rude remakes. I understand businesss needs as I also work in fast food and a simple explanation would have been wonderful. I believe employees should be educated on how to handle situations. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Awful food and service. Kfc is out of kfc sauce one. They are out of change when you pay you will not get your change if you dont donate two. Ordered a 12 piece it was nearly 70$ three. Ordered extra crispy and got extra saggy and extra stale food. The staff is rude. If the old man knew of this service and food he'd role in his grave. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
