The chicken was hot, crispy, and flavorful. The staff were friendly and my order was served quickly. Overall, a great dining experience and I’ll definitely come back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very disappointed with the customer service from the manager, Ella, at KFC Canmore. When I received my order, there were no napkins, fork, or knife in the bag even though I was dining in. I politely went back and asked for them, explaining that nothing was included in my order. Instead of being helpful, Ella rolled her eyes and gave me an unpleasant attitude and facial expression. The restaurant was busy, so I didn’t want to make a scene, but the experience left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. Basic customer service and courtesy go a long way. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
