I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. On my last visit, I stood directly in front of the restaurant manager for approximately 10 minutes. Despite seeing me waiting to place my order, she completely ignored me and refused to serve me. This behavior is highly unprofessional and shows a total lack of respect for customers' time, especially during limited rest breaks. I value your food, but this level of customer service is unfair and unacceptable. I expect a higher standard from KFC. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The car park bins are overflowing? But only 2 cars in the car park no cap! Theres seagulls and crows going through the bin couldnt eat my chicken had to go back round twice because the dip was open they apologised gave me a new one ... dont park in the bays it'll put you off seeing feathers Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came into the KFC on Newport Road, Cardiff. I was told I could not be served at a till as orders are no longer allowed to be taken at the tills anymore and I therefore had to use a kiosk. I have ADHD and the kiosk very hard that I gave up akd was about to go to McDonald's, a lovely lady called "Iwona" came over to me and and asked did i need any help, she was very helpful indeed and placed my whole order with me, she was very patient and very friendly, if it was not for this member of staff helping me, KFC would have lost a customer as I would of definitely of gone somewhere else. ** KFC Please allow customer to buy from a till as not everyone is able to use kiosks** Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
