Typical KFC food and the order was fine overall. The only thing that could be improved is the customer service. I felt a bit rushed to order even though there was no queue, which made the experience feel unnecessary pressured. Other than that, it was clean enough, convenient and the food was what I expected from KFC.

Absolutely shocking service this evening. I’ve been visiting KFC for years, but tonight’s experience has genuinely put me off visiting any KFC again in future. Part of my order was completely missing — I paid in full for a boneless meal which was not included in the bag. When I contacted the store to explain, the manager, Chris, was extremely rude and immediately made me feel like I was trying to scam a free meal. He insisted he personally packed the order and “remembered” putting the boneless meal in the bag, instead of actually listening to the issue I was trying to explain. The whole conversation felt rude, dismissive, and condescending. I have absolutely no reason to lie about missing food from an order I paid for in full. I’ll now be making a formal complaint to head office in the hope someone actually listens and understands how unacceptable this experience was. Beyond shocking customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a 14-piece bargain bucket from KFC, but unfortunately all the chicken pieces were extremely small. Every single piece was tiny, which is completely unacceptable for a family bucket and feels like a waste of money. I was very disappointed with the portion size and overall value. I will not order from this branch again because the experience was unfair and unsatisfactory. I strongly suggest that the management improve portion quality and consistency. I would not recommend this branch based on my experience. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
