My mother made an order through the official KFC mobile app on 5/20 and when she went to pick up the order she was told they told her they were out of chicken and to come back in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later she went to pick up the order she was told they "had 100 cars in the drive through" and were out again. Due to the time of night they would not make any more and she could either get a refund on the app or they would take her name down and fulfill the order the next day. Fast forward to the next day, I stop by to pick up the food and the manager claimed she had no idea what I was talking about and that my mom would have to go through the app to get a refund. Even though this same Shift Manager was standing next to the employee the night before when my mom agreed to come back the next day. I was turned away without the order. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered through Uber Eats because I had a $25 off promo and that's the only way to justify paying current day KFC prices. Food was pretty good. Driver waited a long time, which I guess tracks based on the other reviews. Sealed bag marked 1 of 1, missing two of my sides. Can't say I'd recommend this location based on this experience combined with the other reviews. Food: 5 Service: 2

It took a while to get us our order, almost felt like staff forgot about us when asking to pull into a parking spot. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
