Этот ресторан находится неподалеку от Cargills Department Store. Обязательно закажите здесь неплохого жареного цыплёнка и хороший татарский бифштекс. Посетителям не нравится мороженое.
Многие гости пользуются услугой "еда на вынос". Посетители утверждают, что персонал в KFC - Colombo 1 креативный. Клиенты отрицательно отзываются о сервисе этого места. В отзывах всегда упоминаются привлекательные цены. Клиентам не нравится атмосфера этого заведения. Многие гости этого ресторана не очень высоко оценили его на Google.

EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED EXPERIANCE at the KFC Colombo Fort Outlet (Colombo 1 Opposite WTC) is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at any KFC. From the moment we entered the staff simply didn't care about the customers. The cashier was rude, avoided eye contact, and spoke in a cold, robotic manner. He just looked down, told us the amount, and showed absolutely no courtesy or interest in serving us. After making the payment, we were told that our balance would be given later. We were asked to collect it after we finished eating so after our meal, we had to knock on the counter because no one was there. A female staff member eventually came over, and when my friend said he had some balance to collect, her response in Sinhala was simply "Meyata salli Denna thynwada" in a very rude and dismissive tone asked from her team mate which was relaxing ina coner seated and then the staff continued talking among themselves as if we were interrupting them. That interaction alone showed how care for customers. Also we were told our food would take around 10 to 15 minutes, but we waited for well over 40 minutes. During that time, nobody called our order number or informed us when the food was ready. We had to keep walking up to the counter ourselves to asking if it was ready. When it finally was, it was handed over without even the most basic courtesy. No greeting, no apology for the delay, no smile—nothing. The atmosphere behind the counter was completely unprofessional. Instead of focusing on customers, staff members were chatting loudly, shouting each other's names across the kitchen as "Akkaa/Nangiii" and carrying on conversations that everyone in the dining area could hear. It honestly felt more like a roadside hangout a petti kade type which i now honestly like way better than this outlet... I also noticed several occasions where customers walked up to the counter and nobody was there to serve them to take the order so eventually walked out. The restaurant itself was not clean. Many tables were left dirty after customers finished eating, while staff stood behind the counter at the kitchen area talking instead of clearing them. At one point, a staff member dragged and dropped a chair heavily onto the wooden floor without no reason creating an unnecessary loud noise which he has extremely deppressed attitude ,oh this was the same cashier personal. The outlet also looked poorly maintained. The air conditioner on the left side of the entrance appeared damaged water was dripping to the furniture below and had been taped up partially, with broken pieces and dirt underneath it and dust on all desks and chairs which i assume they must be just pickingthe leftovers once a day and dont wipe the tapes properly which gave a very poor impression and some seates cracked , also wash basins are not cleaned. The food was another disappointment. After waiting more than 40 minutes, the chicken and rice tasted bland and did not seem freshly prepared. It felt like it had simply been reheated. The quality was nowhere near what I expected from KFC which it was earlier. The overall impression was that customers were treated like an inconvenience. It genuinely felt as though we had walked into someone's home uninvited . Everyone seemed annoyed for no reason, and there was no effort whatsoever to make customers feel welcome. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserved one. I sincerely hope KFC management sees this because this outlet needs serious improvements in customer service, professionalism, cleanliness, communication, and food quality. This was a complete disappointment from start to finish. I will not be returning to this branch ever again, and I certainly dont recommend it to anyone.
