Went thru the drive thru tonight and ordered the $20 build a bucket. Told me that it was extra crispy is what the only had so I said ok. Went to the window the manager herself told me that they ran out of extra crispy so it would be original I said ok that’s fine. They told me to pull up and wait mind you it was 7:18 pm. After seeing multiple cars drive past us and looking at the time of 7:58pm I called to see what was going on. They tell me oh well we are still working on your extra crispy, so I said wait you told me that was all that was left then when I paid you, you said original only. At that time it has been 40 min I said you know what don’t make my order I’ll just come in for my refund. Once I walked in the workers were talking about me once I stood by the counter they shut up looked at each other than started laughing. When I asked for my refund the guy tells me he can’t but he has called the manager. She walks in and someone says something to her, and she says I dont blame her. As she cashed me out she apologized. Their customer service has gone out the window. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went to kfc after parade of lights,sat in the drive through for 30 min to serve 3 cars in front of me ordered the festive feast. And some tenders and a side of Mac and cheese. When I got home I found and 8 piece nuggets cole slaw and some biscuits. Will not be back Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
