Absolutely unacceptable experience at KFC Cranbourne. We placed our order and waited 15 minutes, only to be told the items were not available. Instead of informing customers earlier, they made us stand there and then asked us to either change the order or wait another 10 minutes. We chose to wait — which turned into over 30 minutes. When we finally got the food, the order was completely wrong. Multiple items were missing or incorrect, and we had to wait AGAIN for them to fix it. And it doesn’t end there — after getting home, we realised we were even charged extra for bacon in a wrap that didn’t include any bacon at all. My child was extremely upset, which made the whole experience even worse. This level of service is honestly shocking. Long delays, poor communication, careless mistakes, and charging for items not provided — it’s simply not acceptable. Clearly no quality control and no accountability. Won’t be coming back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Placed and order only to be told at 1 hr later they didn't have what we want went down to confront them and the manager said they have the stuff we want in stock so they are a bunch of liers
