I went thru drive thru at lunch time.. 12:40 pm.... I ordered some new fried pickles and a small fry and two chicken littles. You must just come in the morning make everything and then it sits until sold. The chicken sandwiches were so hard they were in edible. The fried pickles and fries.. Definitely had sat more than an hour or two. I mean I do not understand! Shame on you management for the food being so old. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible experience. The drive-thru employee was rude, and the manager was even worse—completely unprofessional. I asked for my food to be remade (since they don’t offer refunds), but felt uncomfortable after seeing how things were handled. When I went inside, I saw my old food sitting out, then staff quickly threw it away when they noticed me. Biggest concern: an employee was handling food with a Band-Aid on her hand and NO gloves, touching inside food containers. Only after I said something did management correct it. Also saw people in street clothes and even a child behind the counter in employee-only areas. Very concerning for both customer service and food safety. I would avoid this location.
