My experience with Drive through… is that they never get an order correct. They never offer receipt for proof of purchase. You MUST request it. Every time they have been out of something on my order. ie: Ice for drinks. FF Green beans Wrong order. My order was for two piece thighs (or dark meat order, both ways was wrong.) once was given order with three wings! Only once did I receive order without having to pull up and wait for my order. I was told they do not offer refunds. (There is now sign in window, Something like …We do not give refunds but will make you order right.)Then a manager told me to come back in the morning. (She was not trained for refunds either.) Strangely, a box appeared on the counter with my correct order. After I told them I no longer wanted their food after my half hour wait. All of this is old news as reported twice on my Google Map reviews. Six months after KFC had contacted me and sent a (generous) gift certificate for my order, (which I never got to use), I actually gave this KFC another chance. Can you believe it? The order was wrong again! I went inside to get it fixed. While they were switching out the food item, I noticed their filthy floors in the entire area visible from the counter. I have NEVER seen this level of filth in any other food service.) I left the food, did not request refund and just left. All I could think was not again. If home office had required retraining, either they failed or did not attend. There is only one KFC in Paulding county. I would have to drive to Marietta or Douglasville to place an order now. If Dallas can’t provide my KFC then I will get a hamburger, fish or pizza from elsewhere! And yes, I have personally experienced each of these.

Ordered 2 combos and the associate who took our order took it upon himself to charge us for large drinks. Also he asked if we wanted lemon or chocolate cake so I thought the cake came with the meal because that’s the way he presented and then charged us $3.98 for 2 cakes. Then he charged us $1.00 donation but NEVER asked if we wanted to make a donation. He tried every way he could to get the maximum amount of money from us!! THAT IS WRONG IN SO MANY WAYS!!

Arrived at 8 requested sweet tea and was told no more sweet tea for the night because they close in an hour. Umm… does the location not carry the full menu until closing?
