It took me almost 30 minutes just to get my food. The young guy behind the counter was doing everythingdrive through, door dash, fryer and all others customers had priorities someone dining there. (I might be wrong but do the others take priority over dine-in customers)??? Should the employee have told me to wait a minute I have someone in the drive through? The chaos was not working properly. It did not have all the menu items and I believe there were only two others working on May 20 at 12:10 this afternoon and I was LATE getting back from lunch because of the wait time and when I finally got it. All they gave me was drumsticks and I asked for three pieces dark & all I got was three drumsticks really? The regional manager (on a shopper) really needs to stop by that store to check them out to see how bad the customer services/ service was at that store in DeLand, Florida 32724. I’m sorry I usually don’t complain, but this was not acceptable. I would expect this from a company that’s been around and trusted for so long. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
