totally screwed up my orders.. the young lady at the cashier had a bad attitude.. she gave her headpiece set to somebody else like she was aggravated... 8:00 p.m. June 10th.. you can hear them in the background laughing and playing. Something in the back of my mind told me that she was going to screw up my order.. they gave me country fried steak with no white gravy at all.. they gave me mashed potatoes and no coleslaw for all three of my meals.. I called and talked to the manager and all he could say was sorry... After I drove 14 minutes to this location... They need to change that group up because they're in their playing too much.... And I will not be back..

Usually I go there every other day and my food is fresh and hot but that’s after 3:00. But today I stopped in there with my parents that are in their 90s they wanted a snack so I suggested there I even told the cashier I would wait on fresh chicken for the sandwich’s she said okay the person in the she says I have fresh chicken in a minute I get the sandwich’s and get my parents back home which is only 3 minutes away from the restaurant and the sandwich’s were old reheated and hard I couldn’t go back I had to be to work but if I was going to wait until fresh chicken was ready why did she lie. The customer is supposed to have food the way they want it especially if they are paying for it. Just stop lying to customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Food too greasy like it was redroped in the grease to reward it up .I asked for a different meal it was even worse than the first one. I asked for refund but I still didn't receive my money on the card.its worst experience ever from KFC I DON'T RECOMMEND this place at all.lobby dirty and washroom really not clean or satanized. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
