Floor so sticky can hardly walk. It pulled the sole off the wife sandles. The pop machine doesn't work as it would not dispers anything. Person behind count didn't care all he did was smile and chuckle Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely nothing but a bunch of jerks work the night shift on 6/12/26. I pulled up to the drive thru for tenders with my 8 year old nephew and they tell us the are out of tenders and I proceed to tell my nephew to choose something else and he tries but in the middle of the kid telling me what he would like a different female employee cutsy husband off to tell us there is a timer on the drive thru so we need to move if we don't know what we want. This is how your employees treat customers! I will be back tomorrow without my nephew and husband to speak with the GM as this is ridiculous. I haven't worked as a GM in years but I know this is not how you run a business much less talk to customers. You will not get another penny of mine at this location unless you're staff gets some act right in their life.

This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with at any fast-food place. I forgot to apply a coupon for a free sandwich meal (black Friday deal) on my mobile order, so I politely asked at the window if they could honor it. The woman at the window immediately shut me down and claimed there was “no way” to add it — no explanation, no attempt to help, nothing. When I asked to speak to a manager, she literally slammed the window in my face. A few minutes later she came back, and when I asked again, she snapped that she was the manager then shut the window on me a second time. Not a word, not an ounce of professionalism — just attitude and rudeness. I even tried to order a drink afterward, a large root beer float, and she flat-out refused to open the window or take the order. She wouldn’t give me her name either, which tells you everything about how she treats customers. KFC should be embarrassed to have someone like this running a window, let alone claiming to be the manager. Completely unacceptable behavior. You can't Tell me that she doesn't know how to not charge for a meal, cuz it looks like she gets plenty of free ones there. We were going here at least once a week, but due to her behavior and lack of professionalism (as the acting manager nonetheless...), we will no longer be going back to any Kentucky fried Chicken, we will just go to Chick-fil-A instead. We have been going here for over 20 years. It's amazing how one bad apple can ruin an entire restaurant. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
