We visited this location while we were in town for vacation. I am not one to usually ever leave reviews but this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. We arrived in the drive through and started placing our order, after the first item was placed the worker responded rudely is that all? We responded with yes we have a few more items we have 5 people in the car. We then continued to place our order and after everything we said he would cut us off and say is that all, not giving time to make any modifications ect. We also said popcorn chicken instead of chicken nuggets on the kids meal and you could hear him over the speaker insulting us to the other employees that we can’t read the menu. After pulling up to the window we asked if we were inconveniencing them your worker then responded aggressively with I went out of my way to take your order while we’re all busy in here making orders. There was 2 cars in the parking lot and we were the ONLY car in the drive thru, after bringing the lack of business to there attention- To then be screamed at by your employee WITH my kids in the car for simply trying to give you business is just crazy. He slammed the window on us and told us to go to a different location up the street. Turned our business away for what? you can’t take a 5 person order without being overwhelmed? Maybe this isn’t the job for you guys if you simply can’t take an order thru the drive through without it being an inconvenience. After reading further reviews maybe it’s best we didn’t even get our order with what I read on there preparation. This location needs some serious customer service training. Thankful we dont live here cause again I have never experienced anything like this back home!

Service was great. Even the gentleman came out from cooking to ask and apologize that it would take 30-45 min to fill my order. I told him that was fine I didn't mind waiting. It was great they let me know.

Ok yall remember a couple weeks ago when I slammed KFC for always have shifty employees? Wel this is definitely not one of those. The people behind the counter were fast, courteous, happy, and just the opposite of every KFC I've been in in years. Excellent job ladies and gentlemen. Keep it up. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
