My food was good and my order was right. The place is cramped up with limited space to move around. Not enough staff at time made things move slower. The bathroom needed tending to but someone handled that before I said anything they just needed time. Same thing with dinning room they just needed time to get to things. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Famous Bowl, Old Hard Biscuits, Chicken Wing, Kentucky Wings, Cole Slaw, Honey Mustard, Honey BBQ, Famous Bowl Combo, 3 PC Tenders Combo, 12 PC Tenders Only, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, KFC Snacker Combo, Dr Pepper, Taste of KFC 2 PC Deal, Classic Chicken Sandwich Vegetarian options: They have food for all people eating veggies and or chicken plus dessert. Dietary restrictions: When you place your order they have no problem listening and providing you with your order even if it's not on menu. Sometimes you can describe what you are looking for and they can help you with that if they have it.

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would have select that. June 21, 2026 To Whom It May Concern: On Sunday, June 21, 2026, I placed a DoorDash order from your location for two Chicken Pot Pies. When my order arrived, I discovered that I had been given two Famous Bowls instead of the items I ordered. Because I wanted to receive the correct order, I immediately got in my car and drove to the restaurant. When I arrived at approximately 8:00 p.m., I observed a gentleman in the lobby putting up chairs and moving tables as if the restaurant was preparing to close. To my knowledge, this location does not close until 11:00 p.m., yet customers, including myself, appeared to be rushed out of the restaurant nearly three hours before its posted closing time. As soon as he noticed the bag in my hand, he asked, “Are you here for the Pot Pie order?” I advised him that I was, and he immediately responded in a rude and dismissive manner, stating, “We don't have no Pot Pies, so you're just gonna have to call DoorDash and they will refund you.” He was unprofessional, showed no empathy for the inconvenience I experienced, and offered no attempt to resolve the issue. I also observed him rushing other customers out of the restaurant while continuing to put away chairs and tables. I then asked if he could provide me with some chicken in exchange for the incorrect order I had received. He advised me that he was closing the store early and would not accommodate my request. I asked again, considering that I had already been inconvenienced by receiving the wrong order and making an unnecessary trip to the restaurant, and he harshly responded, “No.” At that point, I decided to leave. Before leaving, I asked for his name and position. He identified himself as Chris and stated that he was the shift lead or manager. I am submitting this complaint to make you aware of the poor customer service I received. I work in a customer-focused environment every day, and this situation should have been handled very differently. Chris did not offer any solutions, empathy, or concern regarding the mistake made by the restaurant. He clearly knew the order was incorrect because he addressed me about the pot pie order before I had the opportunity to explain why I was there. It appeared that a decision had been made to substitute my order with whatever food items remained available, and the attitude presented to me was essentially that I would simply have to accept it. I am concerned that a shift lead or manager would choose to close the restaurant early and refuse to assist paying customers during normal business hours. I respectfully request that management investigate this matter, address Chris directly regarding his conduct, and ensure that customers are treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect, especially when mistakes are made by the restaurant. Additionally, I ask that management review whether the restaurant was authorized to close early, as it was concerning to witness customers being hurried out nearly three hours before the posted closing time. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing what actions will be taken to address these concerns. Sincerely, Leslea McCargo-Edwards Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
