I should have known my food was gonna suck when I saw majority of the staff doing everything except taking care of customers and one of them taking text messages breaks in between preparing the food. To make a long story short, the chicken was terrible. It was very soggy and flavorless. Soon as you touch it all the crust fall off of it. I can't even tell which one is spicy and which one is original.. Total waste of money. I will never return here again. The food is really bad and been this way for some time now. I just had a taste for some good old kfc and said, let me try it again..Big mistake. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Every time I come here I'm greeted by this wonderful gentleman Jason he needs to be a manager somebody higher up he has the ability to really run this place he has very good respectful communication with each one of his your customers and I've always when I come here I hope to get him because he goes over and beyond for the service Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place should be closed down. The customer service here is nonexistent. I ordered two meals, a tender combo and a 4pc meal that comes with one side and when I placed the order I informed the cashier I also wanted a coleslaw. She went into this whole spiel about the meal only comes with one side so I will be charged extra which I am aware of so I stated that it was fine. I get around to the window to pay, I pay for the food no receipt is provided. I get my food and pull ahead to check my food. There's no coleslaw in the bag. I pull back to the window the cashier at the window has the window wide open and tells someone in the back she said she didn't get her coleslaw. So whoever in the back tells this individual to inform me that i wasn't charged for it they print me a receipt. So I said inform the young lady that is at the window instead of telling people about charges you guys should focus on getting the order right. I would have still purchsed the coleslaw it was the way in which they handled the transaction that made me not want to spend another cent here. This kind of thing happens at this location often. I live near this location and usually I frequent the Grand River location in Redford. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
