Waited 45 minutes in the drive up window. From the time I placed my order until the time I got my order was over 45 minutes. I only ordered a famous bowl and three burritos. I will not be returning to that disaster of the store Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Taco Bell - Diamond, IL - literally could carve my eyeballs out using a Diablo sauce packet for how long we’ve been in this drive through. 47 minutes and counting. We order 40 minutes ago. And there’s still two cars in front of us. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GET THIS IN FRONT OF SOMEONE WITH A TITLE WHO CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. PLEASE! This location here could be a gold mine - still a developing area where many could choose to patronize your business. However, it is comically know by all, and backed up on Google reviews as the SLOWEST SERVICE IN THE WORLD. We still patronize this location 1-2 times per quarter, and only once or twice a year do we spend less than 30 minutes in the drive thru. This experience was Give this location some love and it must pay off. I don’t know the exact issues but it literally can’t be that hard for one of the largest restaurant chains in the world. If you need to pay the employees a few $/hr more than a crappy computer model says for this geographic area it would probably pay off in increased business within a month. I don’t know what they get paid, don’t know the issues but someone needs to put some effort in at the corporate level. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As a door dash/uber eats driver this KFC taco bell is a nightmare. It's almost as if they deliberately make these orders wait until after the live orders. The KFC actually closes at 10 and not 11 like it says online and thru the uber and dd apps. No one bothers to fix it. They close the lobby whenever they want. I understand wanting to get everything done and go home after close but I've say in this drive thru for an hour. We don't get paid by the hour we lose money waiting and waiting and waiting. They agreed to work with ue and dd. Work with us instead of costing us a lot of money. As a customer. Not any better. It's like only 1 employee is allowed to interact with you at the register or when picking up food. I have directly asked other employees questions and I could tell they heard me and look at me but almost acted as if they are not supposed to respond. It's like when a rush hits they are surprised and my experience in the food industry rushes are usually predictable with exceptions but they are never prepared Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
