I now have to drive 30 minutes to get to a KFC, so it's always a treat. I have loved KFC seems I was a kid. Always the same, anywhere you go. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I guess they aren’t like other businesses and don’t care about reviews. Most other places reply to reviews but I haven’t seen any review that has a reply. So I guess they just don’t care. This place used to be amazing. But the last several years it’s not. It’s probably why it’s the only one left in like a 30 mile radius of Durant. Even if you hate your job you should still take pride in yourself. Customer service is important. You aren’t just selling food. You are selling this business and you are selling yourself. If I worked this job and someone ordered something and I knew that I could tell them a way to get the same exact food ordered a different way for cheaper then I would. And so I ended up with two 8 pieces chicken orders and a “family size” order of brown gravy. The “family size” is now less than half of what it used to be for a much higher price. I also remember that even if you ordered a bucket of chicken only it still came with biscuits. I didn’t get any. So I have two 8 piece buckets and a “family size” brown gravy (useless since we didn’t get biscuits) and it came to $40.44. That is insane. I could go get a family meal at Texas Roadhouse for $30-$60 and it would have the entree, two sides, rolls and butter for four people. What I got at KFC isn’t even half the meal for $40.44 and all I got was chicken. No biscuits. Heck I don’t even think chicken express is this bad. At least you get a biscuit or roll (and gravy) with EVERY order for no extra. Not going to be eating here again and won’t be surprised when they get shut down. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
