So I went through the drive thru at about 6:15 pm. I ordered 4 piece crispy chicken strip meal. Nothing big. There were 3 cars ahead of me when I ordered. It took me over 12 minutes to get to the window to pay. I paid for my meal and got my drink. Then I waited another 12-15 minutes before someone someone came to the window and said that it would be awhile because I ordered extra crispy and they don’t have that ready but I could get original. I just asked for my money back. The sad thing about it is that this is the second time they did this to me. They don’t have extra crispy chicken but they don’t tell you when you order. I will never go there again! Price per person: $10–20

Food and service was awful. We over heard staff being rude and laughing cause a customer complained that chicken straps were cold. Most of our meals went in the trash. We know not to stop there again Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went there to order food ..got a 8 pice bucket like I do in Champaign KFC . My dad only eats white meat . So I expressed that I must have 3 thighs , 3 legs . And make sure you get 2 breasts. I drove all the way home just to find our the staff apparently doesn't know what a chicken breast is . So that ruined our dinner with the parents because dad had nothing to eat ..I was not happy . I don't recommend this place Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
