I went to KFC yesterday expecting crispy, juicy fried chicken. What I got was a crime scene in a bucket. The chicken was so dry it felt like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since the Obama administration. Biting into it was like chewing on seasoned sawdust wrapped in a greasy cardboard coating. The "extra crispy" pieces? More like extra disappointed. Half the batch was straight-up overcooked to the point where the breading had the texture of gravel. The sides were even worse. The mashed potatoes had the consistency of wallpaper paste, and the gravy looked and tasted like it was scooped out of a dirty sink. Cole slaw? More like sad, mayo-drenched regret. Even the biscuits were hard enough to use as weapons. Service was slow and indifferent. The staff looked like they were serving community service instead of chicken. I waited 20 minutes for my order, only to get it handed to me in a leaking bag with half the items missing. When I pointed it out, I got a blank stare and a mumbled "sorry 'bout that." For $35+ on a family bucket, this was straight-up robbery. I'd rather go to the grocery store, buy raw chicken, and throw it in my air fryer while whispering sweet nothings to it. At least that way I know it'll be better than this. Never again. KFC has fallen off a cliff. Colonel Sanders would be spinning in his grave. This is by far the best KFC I have ever been to. I travel for a living and luckily live close to this one. The staff is friendly. The food is prepared perfectly and they always get your order right. The inside of the restaurant is spotless. I wish they were all this nice. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food tasted wayyyy off. The extra crispy chicken was overcooked but it was definitely cooked more than once and soggy and did not taste like KFC. Even the gravy and cole slaw tasted odd. What are you doing to your food over there? Had a hair in one of my bites. Wish I read the reviews because someone else had this same issue. HAIR NETS people. Take a little pride in your work. This place is gross, would not ever return. Food: 1 Service: 4
