Drastically understaffed, and ive been here several times. Many people waiting inside, some leaving after a long wait, door dashers frustrated, and drive through not always available. Would give it higher stars if you could get your meal in under 20 minutes. Price per person: $10–20

I never write reviews but this is the worst taco bell experience I have ever had in my life. Wait time is about 30 mins per each customer and the customer service is horrible. The coworkers are very rude and don’t align customer needs, not to mention the fact that inside the restaurant is dirty and very unorganized . I personally believe this place shouldn’t even be in business anymore. (MANAGERS ARE RUDE ESPECIALLY THE MEN MANAGER WHOS AN AFRICAN AMERICAN ABOUT 5’11 ft TALL) Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I think there was only one guy in the entire restaurant so this review is for him! He was super nice even though he had to cover every station. Food was hot and fresh and made correctly. Only took about 3-4 minutes since I was the only one in line. The 1 star reviews have been going on for months so the company/manager clearly doesn’t care about service. I hope other customers have some sympathy for this poor dude just doing the best he can! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
