please retrain your staff in the kitchen , i have come here mutiple times in a month and always asked for extra sauce on the burger everytime i have got less then what is normally put in are your kitchen staff just not understanding orders.... the drivethrough staff always shout special but the kitchen staff are awfull !!! got two dry burgers today what a waste off time and money !!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ridiculous - always missing something, but this time they decided to give me the completely wrong order. Tried to call but no answer. Ordered from uber eats - just to receive the worst meal possible. I won’t be returning to this place - by the sounds of the other reviews the place is filthy anyway! I never thought I’d see the day I’d review a fast food place not to mention the “owner” just keeps repeating about striving for perfection and high hygiene - clearly it’s a reoccurring problem that they have no interest in sorting! Also - don’t trust these “local guide” reviews it’s clearly fake reviews from “review farms” or paid for. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointed with the cleanliness standards at this KFC. The tables were dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly. The toilets were also in a very poor and unhygienic condition, which made the whole restaurant feel unclean. Basic hygiene and cleanliness should be a priority in any food establishment. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet even the minimum expectations. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £50–60 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
