Drive- thru went well. Employee answered my questions respectfully and wasn't long to get the chicken in a bucket and sides. Just sad that to get chicken beasts 8 piece was $34.99 or so. I settled for just legs and thighs due to that price. Many cannot afford that nowadays. Might as well buy your own chicken. Many say cheaper to eat out. Not really @ places like this! Sad! Price per person: $20–30

Terrible customer service! They are supposed to be open till 12:00A.m and they close there Fryer's down at 9:50p.m for cleaning and was told they are all done cooking chicken for the evening, what is left is left! And make sure if you do get chicken there at the Clio rd location that you count it because they like to rip you off a piece or two for what you paid for! And make sure your not hungry for they country fried steak on Wednesday's because you will be told there out of it! Or Fryer's are closed! And get the window slammed on you by the manager. Ohhh and if you call to complain to the store manager you Will not get a name who you are talking to and nothing won't happen anyways because I tried all that. So if I was you I would just step on the gas peddle and drive right by that KFC on Clio rd in flint and go over to Popeyes up the street where you'll be treated right and they have food cooked for ya and fresh! Found out that the store manager had her son working at night as the manager and he does whatever he wants,stops cooking chicken 2 hrs before they close and tells you what is left is left! So I thought I'd give it a try again after calling her and she said she would talk with him, well it didn't do any good! Same ole thing again! This is what happens when you have family working for you at the same store! This should not be allowed especially when you don't even own the place! I bet corporate would love to read all this I hope they do! And if they have to start from the beginning and get rid of the district manager,store manager,all management at this location then they really should because I know they are losing a lot of money having these people in charge of there business! Terrible customer service from staff and the mangers play friends with the workers so there is never no resolutions just arguing. I order my grannie a 8 piece original but they gave us hot & spicy with no warning, she doesn’t eat spicy foods like most seniors. I called up there the manager said “sorry” and continued laughing and playing with the staff, I’m done giving my money to this dump of a restaurant. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
