I’ve been there 2 times and ordered and paid for items I never receive, never receive utensils or napkins. Had to wait 30 minutes for food. I am never eating there again

Waited 30 extra minutes in the lobby while they played 10 year old "trap music" at near max volume, listened to them cuss each other out the whole time, while they told me my order would be ready in "2 minutes man" just to get home and have half a container of mac&cheese, and cold chicken. For a place with that man 20-30+ year old men working there id except a little more professionalism. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the worst KFC/Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. The drink area looked like it hadn’t been wiped down or cleaned in months. There are no sauces, utensils or even napkins out for customers. The person I walked by on my way in that was having a smoke was conveniently the guy that came in and took my order, then promptly went into the kitchen without even cleaning his hands. The one girl that was actually trying there stepped over the same piece of chicken that was on the ground about a dozen times. Whoever the ownership is needs to seriously look into this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
