The employees at this Kentucky Fried Chicken are very rude! We went inside and said “hello”; which I thought was understandable by all. The cashier looked at us as if we were crazy. She pretended to not understand what my friend ordered. She didn’t pack the meal correctly and didn’t care to correct the order and pretended to not understand English Whoever the manager should provide training. It’s sad and customer service doesn’t exist here. Will not visit again! This has happened more than twice. I won’t be back!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Chicken Pot Pie

I don’t get it. KFC USED to deliver flavor consistently. Now it’s dry chicken and mashed potatoes with no seasoning whatsoever. This isn’t a “bad day”—this feels like a systemic drop in quality. If this is the new normal, just say that so customers know what they’re paying for. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
