I went today on my 30 minute break to get a nugget meal, and there was nobody in the drive thru , I was the only one, and I pulled up and they asked where I worked ( I had my headset on ) I told them Starbucks and the person at the window was complaining to me about how they hated Starbucks ect, and the lady was gonna hand me my food but he told me to pull up, I pulled up and waited over 20 minutes, and so I left and went back to work and called up there, the lady who I talked to was nice but she told me she made my food over 20 minutes ago when I pulled at the window! And they just chose not to give it to me!! And when my aunt went to get my food after they were really rude and the food was awful! , I’m sorry I’ve worked in customer service for 3 years now, I would never make someone cry over where they worked! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service was slow. It was at least 10 minutes before someone came to take my order. The staff wasn't friendly. While there after ordering over $27 dollars worth of food. I asked for some BBQ sauce. The girl that took my order made it a big deal about they charge for sauces. I told her they don't charge me at other KFC locations. But she was still insisting that if I want sauces I had to pay for them. I said ok ring it up on the register. She said she couldn't do that because I had already paid for my order. She was requested cash. I asked what it can't rung it up by it's self. She said no. So if there are no signs and it can't be rung up on the register then I know it's because managers get bonuses for saving on inventory items. But how do they explain the extra money. I think it is illegal if they don't have the sauces on their register to ring up. I told her nevermind. I thought the customer was more important than something as trivial as asking for sauces. You can loose customers this way. I know they have lost me. I think if customers pay 20 30 or 40 dollars or more that should be a of a more higher priority than a .39 cent sauce.
