On our way towards Mount Gambier, we ordered drive-through food and the order was prepared super quick which was great. On our way back we had to stop again for lunch and we wanted some food to be heated for the little one. The manager was super helpful by heating the food and really appreciate the consideration. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This afternoon I visited the store via the drive through & ordered chips. Once leaving the drive through I realised the chips were cold & soggy (can not be deemed “safe under food safety standard”). I drove back through the drive through, explained my concerns. The chips were taken then returned back to me as if they were a fresh box. I went into the store to speak with the manager who just simply offered an extra box of chips. I do need an extra box I just believe the food given to customers should be of some what of a basic standard. If this was chicken and someone with health issues or a pregnant woman things could turn bad quickly! I would be curious to know the process of food safety & how these are checked regularly!!! Staff retraining needs to implemented. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

KFC Hamilton every time we order (EVERYTIME) you forget to put salt on the chips! And you also always forget to add our sauces. What’s worse than kfc chips without salt?! No sauce to dunk those saltless dry chips in. Just chuck some salt on! That’s all it takes! Chuck some sauces into the bag!!! Service: Delivery Price per person: $20–40 Food: 1
