This location absolutely sucks, they never have food and 9x out of 10 they will give you old soggy chicken. Customer service sucks, everyone has an attitude and the atmosphere rinks depression. The manger talks mess and laughs at customers while listening over the headphones. Service is super slow and they only have one person working the front counter. I will never spend my money at this location again they need to send all of their employees to train again because apparently they forgot how to display simple customer service. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst place to order anything from. Recently ordered x2 box meals of strips. The restaurant charged me, then confirmed the order. By the time the Uber eats driver arrived to pick it up. They stated they were out of strips completely. I tried calling the posted number numerous times, no ever one answered. They never cancelled the order. So I was stuck in a financial loop with Uber, after they tried to charge me $24 to cancel it. If you're out of stock of something. You need to update your available items within the app. Like other restaurants do. Worst experience ever. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the first kfc that I've had an issue with. I ordered online and it was supposed to be ready within 20 to 30 minutes. I waited about 23 minutes and got notification it was ready. I went inside and my order was not ready at all. The staff looked so confused. Waited an additional 10 minutes. I checked my order before leaving and I was missing chicken tenders and both mashed potato and coleslaw. They had given me a wrong side dish too. Very inconvenient. I'm glad I checked before leaving or I would have had to come back. Update: so annoyed as they only gave me chicken breast Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
