Horrible service. Had placed a pickup order at 6:00, arrived at 6:10 and still didn’t have my order ready. They told me to go inside as it was not a “drive thru pickup order” . Once inside, a front counter employee tells me they’ll have my order out. After I wait another 10 minutes, the same girl who told me to go inside to pickup my order tells me that my order was cancelled due to running out of drumsticks and thighs. Mind you my order only had the chicken bites. Waited till the next day, did not receive a refund or cancelled order and now I’m on the phone with corporate trying to get my refund. Complete waste of time and money. Do not come here unless you want headaches. KFC do better. Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Do not come here! I placed an online order pulled up to the drive thru some rude lady told me I had to go inside and get my order. When I went inside some guy told me they were working on my order so I waited 15 minutes later the same girl that told me to go inside for my order called me up and let me know that she canceled my order becase they didn’t have leg and thighs, mind you my order only came with the chicken bites. Location is very unprofessional and dirty. Save your time and go to Wendy's across the street y’all! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
