This specific KFC needs management because every time I come to the location they make you feel miserable for giving them business. I put in a on line order five minutes after put in my order. I sat there for 45 minutes. Checking the counter section for on-line orders it was never put in there. I asked about my order to the person at the counter said they dont have it. then they said they called my name. Then i waited 15 more minutes. so disappointed and it happens every time I stopped going for the past year hoping that things have changed but they haven't. dont come here everyone waiting for there food was upset. kfc do better or close up shop

I am a door dash driver. I never leave reviews but it's necessary in this instance. The male employee that is working the register on 04/27/2026 at 6:00 pm has serious issues. I arrived to pick up a door dash and went into the store to use the bathroom. He didn't see me inside the store because he was in the parking lot. When I encountered him he became aggressive with me and said I waited in my car for 5 minutes before picking up the door dash so he was refusing to give me the order. I wasn't in my car bro, you just didn't see me enter. Regardless it shouldn't matter. I've never encountered such aggressive and shitty behavior from anyone at any food establishment. I did everything as I was supposed to and he decided to go out of his way to be a dick, cause me issues and the customer who ordered the food issues. He should be demoted at the least. The guy was yelling "you waited 5 minutes! Why did you wait 5 minutes!?" Bizarre, unpredictable, irrational and right off the bat aggressive. If you have children, be careful bringing them to this location when this psycho is around Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I want expecting much from KFC. But my kids were really keen to try it. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the chicken, but the mashed potatoes and gravy definitely are more processed than what I remember from the 90s. I ordered online and was a little disappointed but the absence of any employees at the inside counter to give me the food, but they really were pretty quick to respond when I told them I was there for a pick up. I won't order online next time because sitting in the plastic bag wrap definitely made the fries and chicken a bit soggier than I would like. Overall, a much better experience than other customers are rating it. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
