service was trash!!! The manager and staff were rude as hell. They clearly can not count. We ordered their 11 dollar meal box that comes 2 dips I ordered a 7 dollar box got one pickle very little mayo on my snacker it comes with one sauce along with my father in law ordered one seperate there should of been 4 all together instead they were rude and only handed my one so still only 3 not 4 do better or go back to school unless ur eduction system in Arkansas is that bad u don’t learn to count in middle school. I’m from Texas and I got to Hugo for kfc and I’ll say hope ark is the worst service I’ve ever seen. To add they didn’t even have their cashier properly trained redicules I work in fast food she shouldn’t be on the register with out full training or help. I’ve said my peice this place sucked! I didn’t even eat my food so ya

I had a very disappointing experience at KFC located at 2017 N Hazel St, Hope, AR. The customer service was terrible and the employees acted like they didn’t care about the customers at all. Instead of respectfully handing over the food, they practically threw the food at us like we were bothering them just by ordering. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible, won't step foot in another KFC ever again cause of them glade they were disrespectful and I didn't get any food was probably nasty anyway. They told me lobby was closed . What for ? And to go through Drive through i couldn't im in 12ft 10 truck . Just a warning Terrible Place 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
