Very disappointed with my experience at this KFC. We purchased the Box Beast meal, and both the sandwich and fries were rock hard. The fries tasted old, like they had been refried, and had no flavor at all.When my husband went back to politely ask for a fresh meal, the employee had a terrible attitude and provided awful customer service. He claimed there was “a lot going on in the back,” yet the restaurant was completely empty. It’s easy to see why poor food quality, poor service, and no effort to make things right. I won’t be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1

Terrible service. Went through the drive-thru, the place was empty and they still claimed it would take 12mins to cook a chicken sandwich??? Never heard of a fast food place taking so long for a sandwich? Seems like they just didnt want to work and telling customers lies. Now I know why they have a 3 star rating Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Check your order or you’ll be making another trip so you can argue they didn’t give you part of your order . Then 15 minutes later they won’t even recall you making the order inside the restaurant. I had to convince the guy I placed the order like I was trying to get a free large gravy. Just pay attention and get off your phone . Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
